Tree adoption
What does it mean to adopt a tree?⌄
You sponsor a specific tree on a partner farm for one harvest cycle. You receive growth updates throughout the season and the entire harvest from that tree is shipped to you.
Do I own the tree?⌄
No — the farmer owns the tree and the land. Adoption gives you exclusive rights to the seasonal harvest and growth updates, not legal ownership of the asset.
How long does an adoption last?⌄
One harvest cycle. For Alphonso mango, that's roughly November (flowering) through June (final harvest delivery). You can re-adopt the same tree next season — and most customers do.
Can I visit my tree?⌄
Yes! Gold and Platinum tier members get a complimentary farm-visit invitation. Silver members can visit any partner farm by appointment.
Harvest & delivery
How much fruit will I get?⌄
It depends on the tree and the season. A typical mature Alphonso tree yields 4–8 kg per season; we publish estimated yields for each tree before you adopt.
When does the fruit arrive?⌄
Mango harvest dispatches are sent in waves through April–June. Your customer dashboard shows the expected dispatch window once flowering completes.
How is it shipped?⌄
Direct from the farm in temperature-cushioned boxes via Shiprocket / Delhivery express courier. Pan-India delivery is typically 48 hours.
What if the box arrives damaged?⌄
Take a photo, write to support@mypurepulp.in within 24 hours, and we'll refund or replace the affected fruit. See our refunds policy.
Payment & refunds
How do I pay?⌄
UPI, credit card, debit card, netbanking, and digital wallets via Razorpay. We may also enable Cash on Delivery during certain promotional windows.
Are prices inclusive of GST?⌄
Yes — all prices include 5% GST. A proper GST invoice is emailed after confirmation.
Can I cancel?⌄
Within 48 hours of adoption: full refund. After tree assignment but before flowering: 50% refund. After flowering: not cancellable. Product orders can be cancelled until dispatch.

On the login page, click "Forgot password" — we'll email you a reset link. Links expire after one hour.
How do I update my delivery address?⌄
Profile → Delivery Address. Make sure to update it before your harvest dispatches — once it's with the courier we can't reroute.
Is my data safe?⌄
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES at rest). We never sell or share your data with advertisers. See our privacy policy.
