Welcome to PurePulp. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they form a binding contract between you and us.

1. Who we are

PurePulp is an Indian farm-to-doorstep platform that lets you adopt mango, chikoo, and other fruit trees on certified organic farms and receive the harvest. We operate from Maharashtra, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to create an account. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

3. Tree adoption

• Tree adoption is seasonal — it covers one harvest cycle, typically March to June for Alphonso.
• Yield estimates are best-effort and may vary depending on weather and farm conditions.
• We provide care, organic certification, and growth updates as listed for the tier you choose.
• Adoption does not transfer ownership of the physical tree or the land it stands on.

4. Harvest delivery

• Harvest is hand-picked at peak ripeness and dispatched within 48 hours.
• Delivery timelines depend on growth stage and logistics; we publish estimated dispatch dates in your customer dashboard.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to our delivery partner.

5. Pricing and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of 5% GST where applicable.
• GST invoices are emailed after confirmation.
• We reserve the right to change prices for new orders; orders already placed are honoured at their original price.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. If a payment fails, your order is not confirmed.

8. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Create accounts under false identities or for other people without their consent.
• Re-sell harvest produce commercially without our written permission.
• Attempt to access parts of the platform that aren’t intended for you (admin / farmer dashboards).
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

9. Intellectual property

All text, images, design, and code on the platform are owned by PurePulp or licensed to us. You may not reproduce them without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

PurePulp’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost time, lost profits, etc.) to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the platform after that constitutes acceptance.
