Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your PurePulp experience. This policy explains when and how you can cancel or get a refund.
1. Product orders (boxed fruit, pulp, pickles, etc.)
Cancellation window
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours after order placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Once an order is marked In Transit, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from what you ordered, write to support@mypurepulp.in with photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will refund the affected items in full or replace them.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days and reach your bank / UPI account within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
2. Tree adoptions
Cancellation window
- Before the tree is assigned (typically within 48 hours of payment): full refund minus a 2% payment-gateway fee.
- After tree assignment but before flowering: 50% refund. The tree is returned to the available pool.
- After flowering: cancellation not possible — the season is committed. We will deliver whatever the tree produces.
Crop failure
If a tree produces less than 60% of its estimated yield for reasons within our control (poor care), we will issue a partial refund proportional to the shortfall. Natural-cause shortfalls (cyclone, unseasonal rain, pest swarm) are not refundable but we offer a 50% credit towards next season’s adoption.
3. How to request a refund
- Go to My Orders and find the order.
- Click “Need help?” or email support@mypurepulp.in.
- Include your order ID and the reason for the refund.
- Attach photos if the issue is about quality / damage.
4. Non-refundable items
- Custom name plates on Gold / Platinum trees once engraved.
- Gift orders once delivered to the recipient.
- GST already paid to the government (5% of the order value).
5. Refund methods
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. For UPI / netbanking refunds, allow up to 5–7 working days for the credit to reflect. We are not able to issue refunds in cash.
6. Disputes
If you are unhappy with a refund decision, write to grievance@mypurepulp.in and our Grievance Officer will respond within 7 working days.
